Dance Everyone can understand the language of dance, and in Kansas City, dance ranges from famous classical ballet troupes to amateur folk dance groups. A support group for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre and the Alvin Ailey Repertory Ensemble who perform at the Midland Theater.
