Eight Steps to "Sold"

Step 1	Order Online or simply call 913-269-0000 and we can help you place your REALTOR.com and MLS listing.
Step 2	Make Secure Online Payment through Pay Pal's Secure Server Payment System Pay Pal Order Center to pay by credit card. Or, call to pay by credit card over the phone or by check.
Step 3	Download & Print the MLS listing forms for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) from mlsbydesign.com website. Or, we can email or fax them to you.
Step 4	Complete the forms, email or fax to MLS By Design fax 913-897-0000. Your "For Sale" sign and any optional supplies you order will arrive usually within 2-3 business days.
Step 5	Once all completed documents and payment is processed or recieved ( check payment ),Your home listing will be entered into the REALTOR.com as well as the local MLS system, usually within 24 business hours, where it will be immediately be available to the general public thru most all of the real estate companies' websites and the real estate agents in your area.
Step 6	REALTOR.com, the Internet's most visited real estate website, and other leading real estate websites and home search portals will provide home buyers around the world with information about your home listing.
Step 7	Once you accept an offer, contact a title company that you prefer or choose one from the Real Estate Services page Real Estate Services on this website. After the purchaser perform their inspections and submit a repairs list, you have the choice to repair all, repair some, or repair none at which time the contract become void if it would not be acceptable by the purchaser and the earnest monies will be returned to them.
Step 8	Agents and brokers will contact you directly to show and sell your home. a) If a real estate agent sells your home, you pay the agent commission determined by you when you decided to put your home on the market(normally just 2.5% to 3%) b) If you sell on your own, directly to a buyer without a real estate agent, you pay NO selling commission!
